Group Therapy

Group therapy capitalizes on the support of the socio-emotional environment for positive progress.  Group therapy provides a platform to explore and better understand one's mental health struggles. Group therapy allows one to assess the impact on one's mental health by identifying symptoms, utilizing effective coping skills and increased utilization of tools to manage symptoms. Groups are goal oriented and topic specific sequences.  Groups are 50 minutes in duration and meet weekly or bi-weekly.  Browse the group calendar for the group of your choice.  Groups are facilitated in clinic or via web video.
